Opening the Heart: Letting Go of the Past
What participants will explore and learn

Participants are guided through meditation, contemplative silence, journaling, gentle movement, and compassionate listening. Together, the group explores how to soften old stories, release what no longer serves, reconnect with the body, and rediscover an inner steadiness rooted in self-compassion and presence.
