Workshops
Pat offers small, contemplative Buddhist workshops rooted in compassion, presence, and lived experience. In intimate circles, often held in quiet natural settings, participants are guided through meditation, reflective silence, journaling, gentle movement, and simple ritual.
Each workshop is offered as a standalone experience, shaped by seasonal rhythms, the needs of the group, and the teachings being explored at that time. This flexible approach allows workshops to evolve naturally, welcoming new offerings as they arise while letting others rest when their cycle feels complete. Details for each workshop are shared below, inviting participants to find what resonates with where they are now, rather than moving through a fixed program or curriculum.
Opening The Heart Workshop
A gentle five-week women’s circle for healing, reflection, and renewal. Opening the Heart: Letting Go of the Past invites you into a quiet, supportive space of meditation, journaling, gentle movement, and compassionate listening. Together, we soften old stories, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the steady wisdom already within you.
Hidden in Plain Sight
This workshop invites us to pause and look again at what we think we know. Through guided meditation and discussion, we explore what blinds us and how habit shapes perception. Beginning with the Buddha’s awakening, it offers grounded practice and space to notice what has quietly been waiting within.
