Guided Practice & Teachings
I am deeply grateful for the teachers and mentors who have shaped my life. Because of them, I have chosen to teach and to share my experiences with others who feel a sincere interest in this path. Teaching is my way of giving back, of exchanging insight and care in ways that support both my own life and the lives of others.
At its heart, teaching is about opening the heart and offering what has been received. Often it is our elders, in quiet and informal moments, who show us that learning does not require a classroom or a formal setting. Through my teaching, I hope to convey Buddhism as an ethical and compassionate way of living, grounded in kindness, non-harm, equanimity, and respect for all life.
